New Zealand Choral Federation

THE BIG SING is one of the 'family of events' held annually by the NZCF (New Zealand Choral Federation) to give singers of all ages the opportunity to take part in group singing activities and performances throughout the country. The NZCF is an incorporated society that promotes the joy of group singing through representing the interests of 390 member choirs from all over New Zealand.

On top of many regional events, the NZCF's annual programme includes the following national events:

  • The Kids Sing – for primary school choirs
  • THE BIG SING – for secondary school choirs
  • The Classic Sing – for adult choirs
  • Sing Aotearoa Festival: Te Puna o te Wairua – for group singing in all its manifestations.

More information about these events can be obtained by contacting the Choral Federation's office, on email: [email protected] . The Choral Federation also provides professional advice and information on choral matters.
