Describing Classical Music: Activities for NZDC's "Trees, Birds, Then People"
Music supplement to NZDC's "Trees, Birds, Then People" education resource, but may be adapted for other pieces of stringed classical music. Includes definitions of musical terms and common composer directions for stringed instruments, with an activity table to identify those used in Gareth Farr's "Mondo Rondo" and the effect created in Shona McCullagh's "Trees, Birds, Then People". Sample Answers are also in the resource exchange.
